Headmaster Pastor Randy Blan has been the Head Pastor at Families of Faith Church in Channahon since March 7, 2001. He has been the Headmaster of Families of Faith Christian Academy, our flagship school, since 2016.

After years of seeing neglect and a lack of focus in the public schools, along with a politically-leveraged pandemic, he and his wife Karen, Superintendent of GRACE Independently-Run Schools, knew that our children were in trouble. They felt God leading them to open more schools like Families of Faith throughout Northern Illinois and GRACE was born.

Over their tenure, they have overseen not only robust growth but many students and families come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior.

Pastor Randy and his family reside in Minooka with their two dogs, Addison and Bentley, and their two cats, Bruce and Callie.
